Who We Are
Return Guys is an errand service company that provides retailer returns, mail drop off, courier services, and Amazon returns. The Return Guys can return any item you purchased from any retailer on our list and process your refund or exchange the item for the correct size or quantity. The Return Guys will return the item back to your home or business the same day. All refunds are processed the same day by the store your item is being return to. If you paid cash for the item you are returning we have partnered with PayPal and Zelle to process your refund the same day once the item is return. If you prefer a cash refund simply place that in your notes and the Return Guys will return to your home with your refund the same day after leaving the store.
Our Pricing
All plans come with a 30 day free trial. During your free trial you would only be billed a service fee on each time you used your membership and the tip which is optional to your Return Guy. You can cancel your membership anytime before 31 days and you will not be billed the membership fee. Once you become a Return Guys member you can also cancel your membership anytime.
This plan is $49.95 per year or $5.95 per month. All plans charge a $6.99 service fee per pickup and any tip you like to provide the Return Guy.
This plan is $99.95 per year or $12.95 per month $3.99 service fee per request and they can tip the driver. This plan is just like the Standard plan. The only difference is if you have your receipt for an item that is older than 30 days the Return Guys can offer you a refund of 65 percent for the item you are returning. The Platinum Plan also offers free courier services within the county you live in. The Return Guys can pickup from your home and delivery items anywhere the customer would like them delivered in the county they live.
