Yes your account is active the moment you join Return Guys.

No there is no limit on the amount of Return Guys jobs per day.

The $5.00 service fee is paid to the Return Guy plus any tips and is not paid to the Return Guy’s Company.

Yes there is no contract you can cancel your membership at anytime.

Yes you are not obligated to keep your membership after the trial period. You will not be billed for your membership until the end of the trial.

The service fee per order and driver tip would be all your billed during your free trial

The Return Guys operate during normal retail hours of 8 am to 9 pm.

If it has been more than 30 days and you have the receipt for the item the Return Guys can offer you a refund of 70 percent for the item you like to return. Our processing department sends out the refund within 7 days of the Return Guy picking the item up from your home.

You can have any item picked up within the county you reside in and have it delivered anywhere within the county you reside in.

Yes you only pay the service fee and tip your Return Guy.

The platinum membership offers 65% of the value of your item for a full refund after 31 days when the store return policy has expired.
